Master of Memory class set for Sept. 29 and Oct. 6 in Waco
Class will help adults understand how memory works
The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in McLennan County will host a Master of Memory program on Sept. 29 and Oct. 6 in Waco.

The two-session program will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. at the AgriLife Extension office in McLennan County, 4224 Cobbs Drive. The cost is $20, and prepayment is required. To register, call the county office at 254-757-5180 by Sept. 26.
About the workshop
The Master of Memory program will be led by Rachel Esquivel, AgriLife Extension family and community health agent for McLennan County.
The program helps adults understand how memory works, discover practical ways to improve it and pinpoint everyday habits, stressors or health factors that may impact their memory. Participants will also gain valuable tools and insight to support brain health and enhance memory in daily life.
Topics include:
- Memory strategies.
- Nutrition and memory function.
- Medical condition and memory function.
